  • How often should I schedule maintenance appointments?
    To maintain the health and longevity of your hair, we recommend sticking to your scheduled 2-week maintenance appointments.
  • What happens if I extend the time between my maintenance appointments?
    While we understand that life can get busy, it's crucial to keep your 2-week maintenance appointments to avoid potential issues. Delaying maintenance for 3-4 weeks or longer can result in dry scalp, breakage, hair loss, and scalp buildup. These problems can worsen and lead to further hair loss.
  • How do I keep my style looking fresh after my appointment?
    Ask For Directions: Once your stylist reaches for product and styling tools, ask them what those products are and how to use them to maintain your style at home. You don’t have to feel pressured to purchase them with your visit– but if you do want to purchase– your stylist will know where you can find them and may have them for sale in the salon.
