WHAT IS OUR POLICY?

All new clients/clients that have not been seen for more than 3 months, must book a shampoo appointment online. Yahya will assess the health of your hair and design a treatment plan for your hair. On this appointment discuss your desire for color treatment or weave installation. Once the health of your hair is assessed, Yahya will put you on a treatment plan and let you know if your hair is healthy enough to color or weave. He may also offer you wig/clip-in hair extension alternatives to achieve your immediate and long term hair goals.

If you have an immediate need for a special style please inform Yahya using the chat box once you have booked your shampoo. You may be able to achieve this goal with a custom wig if your hair is not healthy enough for a weave or color treatment at this time. But, be aware that you must order your wig/clip-in hair extensions at least a two weeks to a week in advance to accommodate creation of your custom hair unit(s). You will also need to come in to be measured and later for a fitting and possible adjustment on your piece(s).

WHEN CAN I SCHEDULE?

Our clients must book a shampoo which will serve as a consultation online. Inform us that you will need a consultation for color and or weave services in the comments section when you set your appointment. Yahya prefers to do weaves on Sunday but is flexible and may schedule you on another day of the week. All weaves must be scheduled with at least one week advanced notice. You must also order your hair with us at least week in advance and confirm that the hair you want is in stock. Yahya does not work on holidays. Please make sure that you schedule your appointments before or after holidays.

Let us know in the comments section when you schedule your appointment if you want your own hair and or your hair extensions colored prior to your weave installation. You should select the type of weave and color treatment you desire separately as you schedule this appointment. Use the chat box to ask any questions you may have concerning these services.

Color treatment (without weave installation) on your own hair must be booked with at least 48 hours advanced notice prior to your scheduled appointment. Be aware that all color treatment and weave installation services can only booked once Yahya has assessed that your hair is healthy and able to withstand these processes. If he finds that your hair will be damaged by these processes he will offer you alternatives and a treatment plan to achieve your future hair goals. Yahya can create some exciting alternatives for your style needs like customs wigs/clip-in hair extensions if your hair is not ready for color or weave installation.

HOW OFTEN DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT?

Our clients must book an appointment every week to two weeks to ensure that your hair's style and health is maintained. Remember that color treated or weaved hair needs regular treatment to maintain your hair's moisture/PH balance.

HOW DO I PAY?

Payment for all products and services must be paid in full using a credit/debit card.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS/EXCHANGES OR RETURNS?

We will not accept returns and we do not offer exchanges or refunds on our hair or other products for any reason. Hair is non-refundable even if your installation appointment is canceled.
